Our personal training program is named INDIVIDUAL DESIGN for a specific reason - it is tailored to your goals and your fitness level. We not only provide a daily fitness program, but we also monitor and advise on your food habits, hydration activity and sleep. We believe that a healthy lifestyle is balanced when these 4 pillars are in tune with your body and life habits. Your progress is measured through your strength, mobility improvements and quantified using InBody.
Individual Design is structured so that you can work out in our gym or take it on the road. This is ideal for athletes that travel, work out in any type of gym, and or have their home gym.
